These terms and conditions govern the use of services proposed by Dégât des eaux, specialized in unclogging and sanitation of pipes.
We offer unclogging services for toilets, sinks, showers, sewers, as well as camera inspection and high-pressure cleaning. Our interventions are available 24/7.
Our rates are transparent. A quote can be provided before any intervention requiring significant work. The stated prices include labor and travel, unless otherwise stated.
Payment is due upon completion of the intervention. We accept cash payments, credit cards, or bank transfers, as agreed with the technician.
Dégât des eaux undertakes to carry out its services with all due care. However, our liability cannot be engaged for pre-existing damage or damage resulting from the obsolescence of the client's installations.
Any cancellation of intervention must be reported at least 24 hours in advance. Travel fees may be charged in case of late cancellation.
In case of dispute, the courts of the district of Brussels are solely competent.
